Cultivation of roses in the greenhouse: a successful case thanks re-use OF rainwater

An ambitious project led by Irritec and supported by excellence in the sector of nursery gardening. An installation of almost 80 and 100 hectares of crops in high-tech in greenhouses and hydroponic.
Having such a surface covered with plastic film, rainwater can not reach the ground. But thanks to an ingenious piping system and an ad hoc system designed by Irritec, taking advantage of the slope, rainwater is collected in large artificial lakes and used to irrigate the flowers.
Moreover, since it is cultivated in hydroponic, the nutritive solution not absorbed by plants is collected in special tanks and then put back into circulation after being added with nutrients and sanitized in order not to transmit diseases to the plants.

Pre-project analysis directed by Irritec Agronomic and Technical Team to evaluate all the characteristics of the land and crops. Are detected data as planimetry, type of farm, planting layouts, flow rates and all the agronomic information necessary to move on to the planning phase.

Design

Is phase of creation of irrigation system adapted to the customer’s irrigation needs. The choice of materials is made after careful analysis and precise elaboration of the metric calculation and agronomic relationships. Customer is provided with technical sheets that explain all the benefits and working of the products.

Installer mentorship

Irritec takes care of supporting the installer throughout the installation phase. In this way Irritec is always close to the customer and its installers, guaranteeing continuous assistance and transmitting know-how and experience in the field.

Continuous assistance

In post-installation phase and during theworking time of irritec system, customer is assisted in case of any doubt or further explanation on the use of the products. Irritec’s Agronomic team ensures periodic visit to customer.
